Our non refundable cancellation fee is $25.00 if you fail to cancel 1 day before your appointment.

We have a waiting list for your appointment, we need your help to improve our scheduling and availability. If you need to cancel outside of office hours, we have a 24 hour voice mail available for you to leave a message.

Office hours are by appointment.  Missed appointments can cause problems in the scheduling of other patients.  Please help by calling at least 24 hours in advance, should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment.  If you have an emergency, please tell us when you call, and we will do our very best to have you seen in as soon as possible.
